Thank you for choosing our products. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They are an agreement between you and Generasi Nor.

By clicking on the ""Send Order" or "Print and send Manually" button on the payment page, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for Payments and authorize Generasi Nor to (a) initiate a online payment from savings account you specify, or (b) charge your specified additional charges. The amount of any such payment will be the amount specified in the payment screen shown during the payment process.  
GENERASI NOR SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF AN ERRONEOUS STATEMENT, ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED, OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND/OR VALID PAYMENT INFORMATION. THE VALUE STATE IN THE INVOICE IS A FINAL PRICES.

Generasi Nor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any such change may be given on the http://geenerasinor.blogspot.com website or by other methods. 

Return/exchange policy:


We make every effort to make the highest quality kekabu products consistent to each of our unique designs. Having said that, please notify the Generasi Nor immediately if there is a problem with the condition of the item.
We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please return items with / in original packaging.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to "How to return an item” for detailed instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction or give us a call at +6013-2283662/+6019-3497095.

How to return an item:
All returns must be authorized by Generasi Nor. We are totally suggest send directly by hand to our shop. Please send your return request to kekabuselangor@gmail.com with your order number and list of items you would like to return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package if possible and send pre-paid and insured to:

Please be mindful that Generasi Nor will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will check the original receipt to prove original purchase. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your items.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by contacting us at kekabuselangor@gmail.com or by phone. We will do our best to respond within 24hrs. If you do not get a response within 24hrs, we are more than likely experiencing an unusually high volume. We promise to respond as soon as possible.

How can I change my order?
You can send changes to kekabuselangor@gmail.com. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it has not been especially made or shipped.
  
What credit cards do you accept?
 No, we only accept online bank transfer or cash on delivery.
  
How do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 6% will be charged after 1 April 2015. No tax will be applied right now.

What is your shipping policy/method?
All domestic orders are shipped via Poslaju. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Generasi Nor does not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders placed will be shipped within 3 days except Sunday and public holiday. Items in stock will be shipped within two days. Some custom pieces can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. We also ship international orders. Each piece is custom packed so handling charges vary. 
Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon will be processed the following day.
